Our commercial division provides a wide variety of spray foam insulation products and services for commercial, municipal, and educational buildings. Spray foam insulation can also increase building strength, helping to increase stability during high winds and severe storms. We help our customers’ commercial grade spray foam insulation projects stay on time and on budget.

We install complete foam insulation for any commercial project.

  • Ceiling Insulation – We install the best ceiling insulation (both open cell and closed cell spray foam) into the rooflines and ceilings of commercial buildings.
  • Wall Insulation – We install open cell and closed cell spray foam in walls of commercial buildings. We also install injection foam in closed cavities that need additional insulation and air sealing.
  • Interior Insulation – Our team can install commercial grade spray foam insulation in nearly any interior space. Have a unique application and wonder if foam is the right answer? Contact us and we can help. Chances are high we have a solution.
  • Pipe Insulation – We spray water lines that are being run through an unconditioned space exposed to outdoor air, keeping pipes insulated from freezing.

Sound Control Insulation

Sound control insulation helps reduce sound bleed between spaces—which is especially helpful in shared commercial spaces. Whether it’s soundproof ceiling insulation or insulation for another area, we have everything you need. Some of the products we install include:

  • Sound Mat – Reinforced and dense noise-isolating material that is utilized as a structural treatment for reducing sound transmission. We install products from Acoustiblok and Sound Isolation Company.
  • Acoustical Sealant – Caulk or sealant designed as a standard sealant, but with added acoustical benefits to assist with sound bleed.
  • Acoustical Batt Insulation – A batt insulation designed for acoustical and thermal performance, including Thermafiber SAFB and Quiet Zone from Owens Corning.

Exterior Commercial Insulation

When working on the exterior of a building during a remodel or upgrade, it’s important to explore all options for exterior insulation. Making sure your structure is properly insulated both inside and out will lower your heating and cooling bills and ensure your building is comfortable inside year-round.

If you are contemplating how to install foam board insulation on exterior walls, consider spray foam exterior insulation instead. At Foam InSEALators, we apply spray foam to building exteriors as our exterior foam insulation of choice. Using exterior spray foam is one of the most convenient and cost effective ways to insulate the exterior of a building during a remodel or upgrade.

Spray Foam Exterior Insulation vs Exterior Rigid Insulation

Our expert team of insulation specialists chooses to use spray foam exterior insulation instead of installing foam board insulation (also known as exterior rigid insulation) for several reasons:

  • Spraying foam on the exterior of a building replaces the need for installing and taping seams of endless sheets of foam sheathing or exterior foam board.
  • Spray exterior foam insulation is applied wet and expands into a thick foam, filling in hard-to-reach areas to help with air sealing cracks where air can escape. Insulated sheathing board or exterior rigid foam insulation is a pre-made foam panel that is cut to fit specific places.
  • Spray foam is recommended for any project. Exterior insulation panels or wall rigid insulation is preferred in new construction projects.
  • Spray foam siding has a higher R-value than exterior foam sheathing or exterior insulation board and seals air leaks.

When applying spray foam insulation to the exterior of buildings, we use closed cell spray foam insulation. With closed cell spray foam insulation, the bubbles formed during application remain intact (closed). This makes the product more rigid than open cell spray foam insulation. This can contribute to building stability during storms and high winds. The increased density also contributes to a higher R-value than open cell foam.
