The crew that you sent out did a great job with the insulation. They carefully protected everything and were very thorough with the insulation. Like always, I am very happy with the work.
…I recently hired [Foam InSEALators] for a second time, this time to install closed-cell spray insulation as part of a master bath remodel (the previous job was air sealing & insulation replacement). From the quote to the install, this job went very well. [The salesperson] was very helpful during both the quote phase and on the day of the install. I had several questions about the product the install team was using and other job details, and [the salesperson] was in touch with me throughout to ensure I got what I needed very quickly.
The guys on the install team were on time and did a good job. They took steps to protect the areas adjacent to the work area, to minimize overspray, and to clean up afterwards.
I liked every aspect of my experience, Carl the salesman was super, their office was easy to work with and most importantly their crew was great. Very clean and very respectful of my house. The foam is definitely the way to go. They went above and beyond for us.
Foam InSEALators did a great job in my crawlspace. First they sent a crew to completely remove the old, original batt insulation. The guys even did a good job cleaning up the workspace afterward – sweeping the crawlspace floor. Then they sent [your employee] and his crew to spray foam the perimeter wall and rim joist. The end-result was great – even coverage, no gaps. I will certainly use Foam InSEALators for future projects.

Best of all, there was hardly any odor from the product. I have heard horror stories about poor installation jobs and lingering, fishy odors from spray insulation. Although I was excited about the many advantages this product would offer, I admit I had a bit of trepidation about lingering odors. I had my wife take our cat and stay at her mother’s house the day/night of the install. In hindsight, I don’t feel this was necessary (but I understand why the manufacturer takes this precaution).
The only reason I wouldn’t recommend this product to others is the price. I am well aware of the multiple benefits this product offers over the industry standard (fiberglass batts), but as this was about 8X more expensive, it wasn’t an easy sell to my wife. As it turned out, I had multiple issues with this master bath remodel that this spray insulation was able to address beyond just delivering a higher R-value (than fiberglass batts), which is ultimately why we chose to hire Foam InSEALators.
Just wanted to let you know that Jesus and his crew did a fantastic job on the insulation today. They were very professional, conscientious, friendly, etc. Couldn’t ask for a better experience… I am pretty certain my helper’s father is going to use you guys as well – I told him you all were great. I will be sure to pass your name along when people ask me for a reference on insulation.
The guys did an awesome job on the [project] in Gaithersburg. They were very prompt, expeditious, and neat with their work. They genuinely wanted to do a good job for us. That means a lot to us. I work in a service industry and run crews myself, so I want you to know how stellar your guys were. I wanted to thank you… for all the assistance and professionalism that I received…. in regards to the many projects we have going in “ye old house.” The Icynene sprayed in both crawls has already shown us in one week a big improvement in the temperature consistency. Foam InSEALators Insulation has been amazing. They kept us in the loop the entire way. Their employees were punctual, clean, polite and worked very fast. When they were done, they cleaned up every little speck of dust they made and left the job spotless. I would absolutely recommend them. Not to mention less than 2 hours after they left the second story of my house was noticeably cooler.
I want to commend the work of the foam crew that worked at my job site yesterday. The crew leader [Jesus] walked through the house with me to make sure he fully understood what was needed and how it lined up with the proposal. We also walked through two additional times and defined small areas that needed additional work. After completion, we walked through a final time. The work was excellent — thorough, neat, and didn’t leave excess work for other trades. The crew worked a solid 10 hours to complete a large job in a single day.
The guys, Jesus and Jhony, were wonderful. I am very pleased with them and their work.
